Tea is generally good for you.. 4 cups a day won't hurt you. I don't think splenda is very good for you, but a little bit isn't going to kill you. As far as I know the only bad thing in tea is caffeine, but I doubt there would be any in the tea you described. Tea is actually a pretty good substitute for water, but I still try to drink some plain water everyday. Your constipation issues might be due to the fact that you aren't drinking enough water(or water substitutes), but I doubt it will get any worse by drinking tea. Hope that helps, good luck :)
