Oh come on, seriously, Jillian kept Wes again?

I think the producers are making her keep him around for good television. I mean they're paying for the whole show, the crazy dates, everything, so what they say goes. Like another user said, I think she's already picked her guy, but she's just keeping Wes because it's what the producers want.
