My 3 yr old just got stung by a bee?

I pulled out the stinger, squeezed out the wound, iced it down, put baking soda and water on it, gave her acetaminophen. We have an epi-pen for other allergies, as far as I know she isn't allergic(do they test for bee's when testing for other things) What else should I do, when will I know that she's in the clear and not going to have a severe allergic reaction? She is a little swollen on her finger where she was stung but nothing drastic.
