Diazepam for anxiety - how long they last and when to take them?

well diazepam is a benzo ,, and benzos start to work after about 30 mins so u should take it around an hour before u need to. also they last for about 8 hours. im on clonazepam and its also a benzo but i have to take my medication constantly.
