Didn't an Olympic winner get stripped of his Medal because of pot?

I was thinking about this at work and thought..."hahaaa. This guy should get two medals, one for being the best in the whole world and the other for putting that handicap on himself." ....errr am I wrong and there is performance enhansing pot? Just wanted to put this out here.
