If someone was going to give you a free piece...?

I want to do something nice for an American Missionary nurse in Tanzania. I am an artist and thought a small painting of some kind would be a nice gesture; one that would measure about 11x 14 or little bigger because it would be plain canvas with no wood; therefore, it could be rolled up. There's people from the church going over there to visit her and could take it. we are sending essential things, as well. But I thought something nice to look at could be nice also. If you were in Tanzania, first off, would you want a painting and if so, what would you like?; I thought maybe a nice big sunflower or an Outer space painting, supernova, nebula, etc. what do you think? any ideas? thanks.
