JWs claim that god withdrew his rulership when man rebelled to demonstrate that man cannot rule himself.?

The "superior authorities" are not God or His son Jesus. They would be supreme authorities. The superior authorities are the secular governments and authorities. God allows said authorities to exist to maintain some form of order in the world. Christians should obey all laws unless they conflict with Gods direction.
